However you ended up here, I’m really glad you found your way. Maybe it was late-night Googling, a friend’s recommendation, or pure internet fate. Therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s not nearly as dramatic as the movies make it seem. I’m just a real human sitting across from another real human.

Whether this is your first time or you’ve been to therapy before, showing up takes courage, and I’m genuinely glad you’re here.

Finding the right therapist can feel like a quest (there are a lot of us out there). With all the fish in the sea, it’s important to find someone you connect with. After all, you’re the main character in this story. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and figuring out this whole being-human thing.

Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out, in fact, most people show up because they don’t.
